We are going to be giving ballots to each team (sent email, hand out at games and offer on website). We will be accepting ballots, one from each team. Ballots will have a spot for each team to nominate one offensive player, one defensive player and one more of either. Also, you can nominate a player from another team. So ballots can have have up to four players. We will put together two teams from each division.
If weather and time permits we will have All Star games for each division. Steelathlete.com will be providing shirts for the All Stars. We will at least post the teams to recognize the players. This is not meant to leave anyone out, but to recognize individuals. This is the fairest way we came up with to do an All Star game.

This sounds like a lot of fun. I just hope it will work out like it should. The only problem is I wonder if teams will actually vote for people on the other teams. Plus I think some teams may have more than 3 people on there team that are worthy of being an "All Star". I think the refs, who have seen more games than anyone and have seen more teams than anyone should also have an input in it and then you can compare their votes to the teams votes. What do you think?

That is a good idea. I think we will take the ballots and have the referees look at them and get some feedback. The ballots are on the site and ready to be filled out and sent in. I received the first ballots last night.
